These Terms set out your rights and obligations, and those of Sweet Post ("we" or "us"), in relation to www.sweetpost.com and www.sweetpost.ie (the “Website") and any goods or services available through, and material of any kind accessible or relating to the Website.

Sweet Post reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Sweet Post and your continued use of this site after the changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Your Account

You can access your account on the Website to update and correct the details that we gathered when you registered. You must be logged in to access this information. All information is password-protected so no one can access the information but you.

Price

The prices shown on our Website are inclusive of VAT.

Our gift set includes a greeting card, a bar of chocolate and unique gift packaging.

The cost of your Order will be the price of the Products ordered plus the appropriate delivery charge outlined in the “Shipping options” section below.

Please note that all prices on this Website are for on-line purchases only.

International purchases

Purchases from this website may be in Euros (€), British Pounds (£ GBP) or American Dollars ($). Banks and international credit/debit card issuers will determine exchange rates and may make additional charges, which are liable to pay.

The prices shown on our Website are inclusive of VAT. Please note that all Sweet Post orders are shipped from Republic of Ireland.

Placing an order

You must not order via this website if you are younger than 18 years old.

Personalising your cards

www.sweetpost.com aims to provide you with a high-quality service, so any products you order are straight sent for production. Please always double-check your order on screen that all the information is correct.

General despatch information

Please note:

The despatch date is the day we send the item you have ordered, not the day it will be delivered.

If any of the information you have given us in your delivery address is incorrect, we are not liable for any items which are not received.

Your order is likely to arrive much faster if you use a postcode.

We cannot accept delivery to PO Box

When filling your destination please complete all applicable fields. A recipients phone number is mandatory (for parcels only). Please write the phone number without spaces and with the country code.

If your delivery address has NO postal code, put 'n/a' in the postcode field.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.

All orders will ship by the next business day.

The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose.

Postage charges

For all items prices are shown exclusive of postage charges; these charges will be shown separately at the checkout stage.

If you wish to check the postage costs on a particular order the best way to do this is place the order in the shopping basket, select quantity and shipping country and the site will calculate the charge.

Getting items into the basket does not mean you have to purchase them. Everything can be removed as you wish.

Orders being shipped to warm climates

Due to the high temperatures during the summer months, we kindly ask all customers to provide an address where your chocolates can be safely delivered by the courier on their first delivery attempt (e.g. work address).

For destinations over 85°F (23C), please be advised to select Express shipping option.

We take all necessary precautions with regards to high temperatures in order to provide our customers with the best possible service.

We cannot take responsibility for melted chocolates in situations where customers authorized couriers to leave parcels on a doorstep.

Returns

All products sold on our website are personalised by the customer, so once the product leaves our warehouse, there can be no returns for any reason.

Credit card transactions

Your card details are not recorded or stored in our database. They are encrypted and are transferred securely to our Payment Service Provider for immediate authorisation. Once we have received authorisation from the Payment Service Provider we will confirm your order by email.

The contents of our web site are protected by international copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. We, or other third party licensors, are the owner of these rights. All product and company names and logos mentioned in our web site are the trade marks, service marks or trading names of their respective owners, including us.
